Seamless clothing is made by using a seamless machine Santoni, an Italian knitting machine manufacturer.
In general, a garment is produced through the following process: purchase of yarn – fabric knitting – fabric cutting – garment sewing.
In contrast, a seamless product is a unique type of clothing as 90% of the manufacturing process is completed once you put the yarn into the seamless machine.
Seamless clothing is often called “no-sew clothing” because you can skip the sewing or it only takes a little sewing work.
Seamless clothing is mainly manufactured in China. Most of the products exported to the U.S and European countries are produced in Yiwu, China.
The most noticeable feature of seamless clothing is that it allows plenty of stretch and movement. Based on this feature, activewear and sportswear are mainly produced and comfortable underwear is also manufactured.
