PRODUCTION PROCESS

1. Purchase of Yarn

First, we buy the yarn required for the design and the product ordered by a buyer. We select the most suitable type of yarn such as polyester or spandex for seamless knitting by taking consideration into the functions of the product.

Most of the yarn suppliers and manufacturing factories have an abundant available stock of Nylon and spandex which are the most popular type of yarn.

2. Garment Knitting

Yarn is placed in a seamless knitting machine. The yarn is knitted in 360-degree angle in the seamless machine.

The knitting machines run around the clock with a small number of workers.

This 24-hour operation allows fast production.

3. Dyeing

The knitted fabric needs to be colored.

The difference here is that half-completed fabric is dyed instead of using dyed fabric.

Products can be manufactured in various colors with a same design as you dye the fabric.

4. Cutting and Sewing

The dyed garments are cut and sewed.

Each part of a product is cut in different ways as they have different design.
